Welcome to BirdieBound Media (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service govern your use of our photography, videography, drone, editing, and related real estate media services. By booking a service or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Birdie Bound Media is a real estate video and photo production company serving the greater Phoenix area. We offer a range of video production services tailored for the real estate industry, including but not limited to property showcase videos, listing photos, aerial drone footage, virtual tours, and video editing services. Our goal is to provide you with high-quality, visually appealing video content to enhance your real estate listings.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into binding agreements. If booking on behalf of a brokerage or company, you confirm you have authority to do so.
Bookings may be completed through our CRM platform or invoice. Payment is due in full prior to final delivery unless agreed otherwise in writing. Failure to pay may result in withholding of media, removal of access, late fees, or collection action.
Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee. Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 50 percent of the service fee. Weather-related drone reschedules will be accommodated without penalty.
Photos are delivered within 24–48 business hours. Videos are delivered within 48–72 business hours. Expedited delivery may be available for an additional fee.
Each project includes one round of revisions. Additional revisions will be billed at 10 percent of the total project value per revision round. Revisions do not include reshoots unless due to technical error.
Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is photo-ready. BirdieBound Media is not responsible for cleaning, staging, object removal, or landscaping. If the property is not ready, the shoot may proceed as-is or be rescheduled with a fee.
All drone services comply with FAA Part 107 regulations. Flights are subject to weather, airspace restrictions, and local regulations. No refunds will be issued due to legal flight restrictions beyond our control.
BirdieBound Media retains copyright ownership of all created media. Upon full payment, clients receive a limited license to use media for marketing the specific property. Media may not be sold, transferred, or reused without written permission. We reserve the right to use media for portfolio and marketing purposes.
BirdieBound Media shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
All services are provided as-is without guarantees of listing performance or sales results.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
